PsychoDigital Lab by Tiziano Costanzo is an independent multidisciplinary project lab based in the Canary Islands, Spain. The Lab supports Erasmus+ and EU-funded initiatives by integrating applied psychology, human-centred digital innovation, education, AI literacy, privacy, cybersecurity awareness, tourism and organisational development.
Its purpose is to transform interdisciplinary knowledge into practical, transferable and impact-oriented project outputs. The Lab contributes through needs analysis, methodological design, educational content development, training resources, quality support, impact assessment, dissemination and stakeholder engagement.
PsychoDigital Lab provides an integrated contribution for coordinators seeking to connect technological innovation with human behaviour, educational needs, organisational processes and territorial impact. Its role is particularly relevant when a project requires methodological consistency together with the production of concrete resources, training activities, dissemination materials and evaluation-oriented deliverables.
Each collaboration is organised around agreed objectives, activities, responsibilities, milestones, deliverables and quality criteria. Tiziano Costanzo leads the work directly. Selected external specialists may be involved when their contribution is formally agreed within the project structure, budget and contractual framework.
PsychoDigital Lab is supported by a multidisciplinary European project background developed through direct expert contributions and the professional experience of its contributors network.
This combined experience covers adult education, school education, vocational training, higher education and youth cooperation. It includes projects focused on digital wellbeing, inclusion, active ageing, emotional support, health literacy, STEM education, environmental awareness, cybersecurity, responsible innovation and sustainable professional practices.
The experience available to the Lab can be activated according to the objectives of each proposal, the required work packages and the professional profiles formally involved in the project.

The Lab can support needs analysis, methodological design, educational content development, training, piloting, quality assurance, impact assessment, dissemination and stakeholder engagement. Cooperation may be organised remotely, through hybrid activities or on site according to the project design, available budget and consortium requirements.
Its operational base in the Canary Islands provides a relevant territorial setting for initiatives connected with tourism, sustainability, wellbeing, digital transition, education and professional development.
PsychoDigital Lab is the professional project identity developed and led by Tiziano Costanzo. Formal participation in proposals is carried out through his registered status as an independent professional based in Spain, Canary Islands.
